The Studio Practice
My practice is a continuous inquiry into the fluid nature of memory. Through a process of layering acrylic, oil and mixed media, I seek to capture the fleeting impressions of place and time, translating internal landscapes into tangible forms of light and texture.
In the quiet of the Southern Highlands studio, color becomes a primary language. Every stroke is a dialogue with the past, where the interplay of transparency and opacity mirrors the way clarity emerges from the depths of human recollection.
This work is ultimately an invitation to slow down. For the observer, it is an opportunity to engage with art as a meditative presence, reflecting the resonance between our collective history and the immediate sensory experience of the present moment.
Commence a Dialogue
Inquiries from collectors, interior designers, and wellness practitioners are welcome. Let's explore the intersection of memory and perception together.
“I believe that every layer of paint is a quiet dialogue with the past, translating the fluid textures of memory into the vibrant language of color and form.”
